This is going to test the system:
First off here are the rules:
1.) You will be given a series of questions with two ways to respond, each opposite from each other. Now with each group of questions you have a total of 100 'points' to use. So if there are 5 questions you can use on average 20 points each question in one way or another.
2.) So, in theory you can use all 100 points on one question, but that leaves the other four in the middle. This forces you to place a value on just how strongly on each topic.
3.) After completing all the sections you may have various ways to see how you compare with the different candidates. We will have received their answers to the same survey and we will compare the data for you, as well provide you with some information tools to make an educated decision for yourself.
4.) Now while we definately see the advantage of allowing you to compare your feelings towards the candidates as the reason for doing this, you may find that our reasons are surprisingly not much about that at all. We actually want to know when a candidate can only spend so much time, money, and effort into a topic, how do they actually feel about each topic and how strongly do they feel about it? Of course I want complete freedom as well as complete safety, but in some instances these two cannot coexist. If a candidate stands on his/her stage and preaches he/she plans to provide both then we may have problems. We care less about what they stand for but more about how MUCH do they care about it? These are important questions to ask, yet difficult to answer. This is how we plan to answer them.
With that being said... here is the test form that lacks any nice interface but will be a go-between for the backend. Hopefully Robin can get a sweet front-end working. For now this is what we got!
