		<description>Oh, one other point: even if civil unions have the exact same benefits under the law as marriages, the very fact that they are different makes it illegal in my book. If you need to waive this pretty paper around that says &#039;marriage&#039; on the contract instead of &#039;civil union&#039; that won&#039;t work because then places would have a valid reason to accept some people and not others, as these two contracts would be legally &#039;different&#039;</description>
